The Story Behind BlueTide

BlueTide Quality Partners was born from a turning point that became an opportunity to chart a new course. When the company where Dawn and Liliana worked closed, they saw an opportunity to bring their experience, shared values, and passion for quality together to build something of their own.

The name BlueTide reflects both original team members’ journeys and the paths that brought them together. Dawn’s roots are on the East Coast, while Liliana’s begin in Puerto Rico. Today, both call the West Coast home. Connected by coastlines, shaped by different experiences, and united by a shared vision, they chose a name that represents movement, connection, and the ability to adapt as circumstances change.

Dawn’s professional journey began in the U.S. Army, where she developed a foundation in discipline, accountability, teamwork, and mission-focused execution. Those principles continue to influence her approach to leadership and quality today. Alongside Liliana’s experience and perspective, they bring a collaborative, adaptable approach to helping biotech organizations navigate challenges and move forward with confidence.
